Designed with increased strength for higher loads, the Carbon Edition excels through all foiling disciplines. The refined one-piece mast design is tapered for optimal load transfer and reduced surface friction and features our unique GeoLock system. Complete with our new high-strength 600m pre-preg carbon hull and S01 Stabilizer for a durable, corrosion-free foil with great pumpability and a sporty feel with earlier starts. The CF72 mast is ideal for shallower waters and prone surf foiling. The longer CF85 mast increases overall performance in choppy conditions.

Features:

• Sonar CF72 or CF85 mast: New mast made from high quality pre-preg carbon for a stiffer, more direct feel and feedback. Tapered for optimal load transfer and reduced surface friction. Refined one-piece design for a strong, durable and corrosion-free choice for all disciplines. The CF72 mast is ideal for shallower waters and surf foiling. The longer CF85 mast increases overall performance in choppy conditions.
• GeoLock load bearing connection: North's unique GeoLock locking system with tapered geometry provides a more effective load-bearing connection between the mast and hull, making them feel like one piece. The bolts engage with the GeoLock, while load transfer now occurs across the entire cross-section of the mast profile, allowing for more efficient load distribution and longer joint life.
• Easy interception of surface damage: In perfect harmony with each front wing, North's dihedral-shaped carbon preg tail stabilizer provides control and ride comfort, allowing for quick turns and easy interception of surface damage. The positioning of the stabilizer on the top of the fuselage allows for a clean, undisturbed airflow. Punching the surface through the stabilizer is not a problem as the front wing sits lower in the water and is still fully submerged, giving you extra time to react and adjust your ride height.
• Industry standard 165x90mm bolt pattern: The Sonar Foil System can be mounted to any foil board with a 165x90mm bolt pattern. Foil board and foil board mounting screws are sold separately.
• Carbon hull 600mm: The new high strength 600m pre-impregnated carbon hull weighs ~50% less than the A600, with the same strength and stiffness. Strong, durable and corrosion resistant. The shorter C600 hull improves pumpability and offers a sporty feel with earlier take-offs. With GeoLock.   Fits all carbon and aluminum sonar masts.
• Modular Profile System: Customize your ride with North's fully interchangeable foil components to explore different disciplines and riding styles with just one setup.
• Comes with Sonar Travel Bag: Store your Sonar quiver safely between sessions in North's heavy-duty 600D padded travel bag. The bag is roomy enough to accommodate the complete Sonar Foil set with all three wings and three masts in their individual sleeves. The bag also has enough depth to attach the board adapter to the mast so you can pack your foil faster. The bag is equipped with straps, clips and inner pockets to secure the contents.
