BTFL longboards use soft bushings to provide a comfortable cruiser feel - even for girls who weigh a little less. In addition, the number of wood layers is kept as low as possible, so that the board is not heavier and thicker than it needs to be. High-quality constructions made of Canadian maple and partly fiberglass and bamboo are used for this purpose. These constructions also allow for a great flex that guarantees fun cruising.

Girls have different requirements for their perfect board. Less body weight, smaller shoe sizes and a special anatomy make for a different motion sequence. That's why we at BTFL have worked on the following product features to create the perfect girls board:
Wide
BTFL boards are narrower. To accommodate shoe sizes from 36 to 41, we made the board width narrower than other boards on the market!
Weight
Lighter riders - lighter boards. It's obvious! BTFL boards weigh between 200-300 g less than conventional boards due to their compact design, depending on the board model, making them more maneuverable and comfortable to ride.
Rolls
The perfect example of BTFL looks and performance. The wheels are color-coordinated with the board design and immediately recognizable as a BTFL board with a logo print. The material is soft, high quality and provides superior ride.
Bushings
The technical heart of our boards. Bushings are the buffers between the axles. Their quality determines whether a board can be ridden easily or with great effort. If the bushings of a longboard are softened, the entire riding behavior changes and the board becomes more spongy. This means that girls always have to make a compromise with conventional boards: Either spend a lot of power or give up clean steering characteristics.
