If you are not satisfied with your order or have a different idea of the product, you can return any webshop order within Europe to us via DHL without giving a reason. You can easily generate the return slip online. Simply use the following button:

Processing time

Returns received by us before 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday are usually processed on the following working day at the latest. Returns received after close of business on Friday or at weekends are processed on the next working day.

Questions about returns

How can I return a product from my last order?  

If you want to return a product from your last order, you have the right to do so within 14 days without giving any reason. You can create a returns label for this purpose via the DHL returns portal. You will need your order number, your e-mail address and your address.

You can choose from 3 options for how you would like to receive the returns label via the portal:

  1. Print out the returns label yourself and stick it clearly visible on the parcel. Please remove all old shipping labels and barcodes beforehand.
  2. DHL will create the return label for you. You can take a photo of the QR code or add it to your Apple Wallet. You can show the label on your smartphone at a branch, a parcel store, a Packstation or to your DHL parcel delivery driver. DHL will print out the label for you. You also have the option of displaying your nearest DHL location.
  3. You can have the returns label sent to you by email as a QR code and PDF file.
What do I do if I don't like the goods delivered?  

If you do not like the delivered goods, you have the right to return them to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You can have a returns label sent to you directly for this purpose via the DHL returns portal.

How can I exchange an unsuitable size?  

There are two options for an exchange:

  1. You simply order the other size again in the online store and send the unsuitable size back to us with the returns label. Please enclose a note so that we know that it is an exchange and we will cover the shipping costs. We will refund the payment for the first delivery immediately after receipt of the goods / confirmation of dispatch.
  2. If you do not want to pay twice, please use the return slip and enclose a note stating that you wish to exchange the goods.

Do I have to bear the costs for the return delivery myself?  

We will bear the costs of returning the goods if the total of the non-returned items from the same order is over €200.

In the case of forwarding deliveries, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods if the sum of the non-returned items from the same order is less than €200.

What do I do with defective products?  

If a product you have received from us is defective, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Customers from Germany can have a returns label sent to them directly for this purpose via the DHL returns portal. Please inform us of the nature of the defect.

How do I get my money back?  

If you withdraw from the contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

I have a complaint. Who should I contact?  

If you have a complaint, you have the right to return the product to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You can have a returns label sent to you directly for this purpose via the DHL returns portal. Alternatively, we will be happy to solve your problem in another way. In the event of transport damage or scratches on the goods, we can grant a discount as an alternative to an exchange, for example.
