All because of the snowflakes
YES. wanted to pay tribute to all the boards derived from the iconic 420 by developing their own version of a 420 spinoff. YES. applied the short-width concept to a traditional mid-bite twin profile. But to get the taper that makes the 420 float, they had to optimize the MidBite. The Tapered MidBite outline has a deeper inlay on the front of the board than on the back. This creates a taper, as the edge goes 2 mm less outwards than on the nose, resulting in a slight taper with a twin shape.
Guillaume Rousseaux designed the board: The board design is an illustration of a text. Moral of the text: There is no moral to this story. It is what we have become, all because of the snowflakes.
