The Diamond Kaena 32" is a stable shape with low volume. With a wide nose, smooth outline and tucked tail, it is designed for reliability. The set-up makes it perfect for beginners getting into the surf culture and for those old school surfers who want to keep the stoke off the water.

The shape is stable, making it perfect for beginners or old school surfers.  At 32", it is just as big as the boards in the Fish series. However, the kicktail is full-length.

The Slide Diamond Kaena has a very versatile shape, recommended for both advanced and beginner surfers who want to improve their balance. The 70mm wheels roll over any obstacle and with the new version of the trucks the Gussie comes very close to surfing. Thanks to the good grip, the Diamond accelerates from a standing start, but remains as agile as a surf skateboard should be. As with all Slide surf skateboards, the risk of wheelbites is minimized.

The Slide Kaena is the latest model in the series and its color scheme is reminiscent of the discontinued Fish Tuna. While the Diamond Koa has standard griptape, the Diamond Waimea and the Diamond Kaena add visual highlights with the Cleargrip. The Cleargrip is durable, but can (at some point in the distant future) be replaced with normal griptape.  All three models have the same wheelbase.
