The result of many hours of prototype development is a mast that will take your performance to the highest possible level in every area of use.
The PIUMA mast was developed with the aim of minimizing drag while achieving the best stiffness/torsion/weight ratio. It consists of a unique blend of unidirectional, smooth and multiaxial high modulus carbon fibers with different weights. The stiffness of the high modulus is combined with an inner lightweight core. All this, together with a special speed profile, ensures excellent hydrodynamic performance.
Naturally supplied with SAB Pro finish and thus hand sanded to obtain a matt surface, for an elegant Made in Italy product with maximum performance.
To top it all off... Titanium. Piuma masts are equipped with titanium components, including bushings and an updated module for the quick coupling system, which has been improved not only in terms of materials, but also in terms of design, to ensure maximum lightness, functionality, corrosion and wear resistance.
*** Parts made of high modulus carbon are super stiff and powerful, but for this reason they are also fragile and susceptible to impacts. FOR THIS REASON, THE PIUMA LINE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HARD JUMPS AND FREESTYLE, AND ITS USE FOR THESE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES CAN BE DANGEROUS, AND THEREFORE NOT PERMITTED OR COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
