World's Fastest Bushings  ("WFB")

This compound has added a unique additive that does not bond with the urethane. This is why white residue is often found on the surface of the bushings. This special compound provides reduced bushing friction for fast transitions and a deeper tilt than APS bushings.

RipTide WFB bushings will turn 15% to 20% more than bushings of the same hardness from other manufacturers. WFB also offers less restoring force than APS and is designed for riders who expect a very fluid response.

RipTide WFB bushings are the first choice for the experienced rider who wants to control their own bushings and not be controlled by the bushings.

As with the APS bushings, the characteristics of the WFB connection will not change much if you tighten the kingpin nut.

We recommend tightening the nut only until it becomes difficult to turn the bushings by hand. Use a flat washer for lower resistance and a domed washer for higher resistance.
