The Optisym is designed for all those snowboarders who enjoy freestyle snowboarding. This means that they can turn anything into a feature, even a groomed slope or the knuckles of park landings, and that they are able to switch from airtime tricks to flat ground tricks within seconds. This style of snowboarding is probably the most relatable and achievable, so we decided to develop a board specifically for this type of riding - for the dreamers - for the optisymers.

The freestyle-friendly Optisym snowboard features Nitro's dream combination of Asymmetrical Twin Shape and Cam-Out Camber, providing the perfect flex and response to turn even the most boring terrain into an exciting blank canvas. The Optisym's medium-width shape reduces toe and heel overhang, which is essential for making progress on carves, butters and flatland tricks. The Asym Twin Shape and Dual Degressive Sidecut allow for endless control when carving and navigating all over the mountain. Fast and high ollies are guaranteed with the Cam-Out Camber and Whiplash Core Profile, while the flex pattern in the nose and tail allows you to hold butters like a pro.
