Mario Rodwald offers a STATEMENT that inspires! This board gets going extremely easily and quickly and reacts safely for the turn and with pinpoint accuracy. That's why the STATEMENT is super easy to control in waters with not too high waves and guarantees the absolute KICK, e.g. in the Baltic and North Sea!
The wide tail gives you a top POP and the wide NOSE makes it easier for you to land smoothly. Thanks to an extra layer, the STATEMENT also impresses with the best stability.

The STATEMENT is the perfect surfboard for our Nordic waves! The wider but thin tail allows you to make tight bottom turns, and the hand-shaped channels keep the rail on the lip even on the steepest cutbacks. The truncated nose and balanced outline improve easy handling on strapless turns - making it the perfect wave board for all conditions!
The wider tail not only provides a balanced feel in the air, but also helps beginners learn their first jibes and turns. For the smoothest ride in choppy water, KOLD shaües has equipped the entire board with a long channel. This not only makes it easier to turn up between wave rides, but also enables soft landings for strapless freestyle.
Between the stance, KOLD shapes has chosen a moderate rocker line that enhances upwind capabilities and very early planing. Early planing is not only great for any beginner on a wave board, but also allows you to ride a smaller kite. A smaller kite leads to a surf-like feeling when riding waves - and invites you to simply focus on the board feel.
The ultra-light construction is based on a CNC-milled, water-repellent PU core including a wooden stringer. Despite the minimized weight, this construction is characterized by a very forgiving flex pattern. For a strong reinforcement under your feet, KOLD shapes has added a layer of Innegra fiber.
The KOLD shapes boards are produced in the most environmentally friendly way as they are certified by the Ecoboard project. KOLD shapes uses a more sustainable resin and a special core material. There is always room for improvement in terms of sustainability. To guarantee the highest quality and factory standards, we have decided to manufacture all wave boards in Portugal.
