The neoprene jacket serves as an additional wind-repellent layer and provides a portion of extra warmth.
1mm thick neoprene provides the necessary thermal insulation.
The harness hook can be passed through a small opening so that the jacket can also be worn comfortably over the harness when riding.
The ergonomic and adjustable hood ensures that everything stays in place no matter how strong the wind blows!
