F-ONE has used all its experience in foil and wingsurf design to create the ideal board to meet the needs of most wingfoil riders. With its compact length and light weight, the board is responsive and ideal for cruising or surfing on a foil, a wing in the hand.

At 5'10 for 110L, the board has enough volume and width to make it easy for most riders to get up and ensure that getting back to shore is possible, even when the wind drops. Its dimensions are ideal for easy progression.

With some straight rocker lines for easy take-off and a wide tail outline for optimized volume distribution, the ROCKET WING ASC has a sharply beveled rail profile to ease the release on take-off and make the touchdown smoother when the board is back on the water. In other words, you'll be up and flying in no time and won't get rattled when you hit the water from time to time.

The ROCKET WING ASC is equipped with a recessed handle for easy carrying, a full pad for comfort and with the Twin-Track system on the bottom to connect it to most foils on the market (4-bolt plate system). It consists of a lightweight core of Eps foam that is injected into a special mold adapted to its own shape. This core is then laminated with fiberglass and epoxy resin into another mold and wrapped in a protective shield skin. Made from polymer, this shield is both ultra-thin and highly durable.

Construction Process:

The ROCKET WING ASC benefits from one of the most advanced molding processes in the world, which also reduces production waste and increases molding accuracy.

An Air Shield composite board is constructed around a lightweight, injected EPS core that is molded to our original shape. The amount of EPS beads is computer controlled, resulting in uniform density and no waste. The steam moves evenly throughout the foam, resulting in an EPS blank that can be used in the next steps without further processing. In fact, no shaping or post-processing is required.

It is then laminated with a composite of high-strength glass fibers, epoxy resin and a shield of a high-quality top layer. 

The EPS blank is first coated with fabric and epoxy resin. Epoxy resin releases fewer volatile compounds than conventional resin, and its quantity is again computer-controlled so that nothing is wasted. The multi-axial fabric is then cut to size and wrapped around the blank, and the excess is recycled. 

The highly durable topsheet with graphics is then applied to the deck and floor. It is a robust and highly reliable material that is also used in the construction of our twin-tip boards as well as most skis and snowboards on the market. 

Finally, the board is pressed in a second aluminum mold specifically designed for the model and size. The graphic sheet is cut off and the excess recycled, the edges are sanded smooth and the rails are painted before the full foam pad is glued on.
