Precise performance in big waves

The Green Room 3 is the performance surfboard of the CORE range, suitable for medium to big waves and experienced wave riders who want to refine their precious down-the-line rides with high speed and maximum control. Thanks to its enormous planing characteristics, the board takes the elevator back to the peak immediately afterwards.

The EPS composite sandwich has been given a new top deck made of the lightest T10 PET, which nevertheless has excellent stiffness and strength and is therefore extremely robust against impacts.

Shape

Narrow outline with many advantages

Despite its small volume and narrow outline, the Green Room is extremely comfortable to ride. Super controlled thanks to the long edge with extremely good glide and upwind characteristics. Yes, it is narrow, but it cuts through buttery chop like a warm knife. At the same time, it enables bottom turns with enormous speed and delivers more than impressive grip for radical maneuvers in big waves.

Tucked Under Rails

The tucked under rails in the center section support the harmonious and dynamic riding feel of the Green Room.

Progressive rocker

Like the Ripper 5, the Green Room has a three-stage progressive rocker with a flat mid-section and high rise in the nose and tail.

Mono to double concave bottom

The bottom runs from the nose from a flat bottom into a deeper single concave, to a slight double concave that also runs out of the tail. Ideal for tight, controlled turns in big waves.

Construction

Designed in Germany, handmade in Spain.

Developed on Fehmarn and produced by experienced shapers in Spain to guarantee 100% precision and the specific glassboard performance that customers expect from a CORE surfboard.

Lightweight and robust construction

Inside the sandwich construction is the EPS core, a lightweight, densely foamed material with high damping and rebound properties. This gives the board slightly "softer" characteristics for a particularly lively ride. The shell made of the extremely strong T10 in the top deck and a fiberglass-epoxy resin laminate makes the board light and robust.

Carbon reinforced tail

The carbon-reinforced tail gives the rail enormous pressure stability and protects against dents in the deck.

Strap-Ready

Thanks to the V4A stainless steel inserts laminated into the deck, you can decide whether you want to ride your Green Room with or without straps. The wooden stringer has been removed from the board and the inserts now sit in two separate inserts, which saves weight.

Thruster fin setup

Thruster setups are the most commonly used fin setup, stand for high agility and enable tight turns. They also release more easily from the water than quad setups during radical maneuvers on the wave lip.

Original FCS || Fin System

The FCS-|| system allows the fins to be changed in a matter of seconds - without the need for tools. Of course, older generations of FCS fins can also be fitted with a grub screw.
