When fitting it is important that the washer is properly tightened. The memory foam must be fully compressed. Our titanium hex washer has a recessed underside that presses into the memory foam and clamps the strap's internal webbing to the board.

Make sure you tighten it firmly. The washer must be the point of strength.
The outline and indentations of the washer should be pressed into the memory foam when removed.
