The Pinfish 28" is YOW's new swallowtail cruiser shape inspired by some of the legendary skate shapes of the 80's, with some common improvements.
An aesthetically pleasing yet fully functional board. Fast when you need it, as surfy as it gets and as beautiful as you are.
The Pinfish has a gentle concave and a medium kick tail, which is enough to keep your feet in place and make navigation easier. Also equipped with wheel wells to reduce the risk of wheelbites. Mounted on the new patented Legasee trucks in 139 mm, which have a larger turning radius than standard skate trucks and give you a nice surfing feel while allowing you to push effortlessly. Also fitted are the new 60×40 80a Lurra wheels, which are fast and grippy enough for off-road use.
All of YOW's decks are made from 7 layers of hard maple - responsibly sourced from areas subject to a forest protection act with the aim of protecting, preserving and regenerating nature's biodiversity - and bonded with a water-based glue. All of YOW's trucks are molded in the Basque Country and comply with the REACH regulation to ensure the protection of human health and the environment. The wheels are manufactured in-house using a super high rebound formula with high quality urethane.
