North's industry-leading 100% Dyneema SK99 flying lines are strong, have a thinner profile and are pre-stretched to reduce parasitic drag and deliver uncompromising direct performance. With 88m of flying lines in the air, you can really feel the difference thinner lines make.

Soft EVA bar ends with retractable line winders

The buoyancy-safe bar ends with integrated line winders are injection molded in one piece and feature non-stick seams for long-lasting quality. The bar ends ensure that nothing hard comes into contact with you or your board, float the entire bar and also contain the hidden rear line adjustment. Even the best quality lines will shrink over time, so we recommend you check that all lines are even after a month and put them on the bottom knot. Changing them is easy and only takes a minute.

PU coated leader lines for protection

To prevent uncovered lines from rubbing against the skin, North has used color-coded PU tubes. The sheathing also ensures that the lines remain rigid and out of the way when the flying lines are not under tension.

Adjustable trim system with cleats

Allows for industry proven line adjustment if required. The base of the cleat has been designed with a circular geometry for smooth bar spin. In overpowered conditions, the cleat allows you to shorten the front lines and maintain a comfortable body position.

Lightweight, overmolded trim handle with Dyneema lines

The easy-to-reach, molded trim handle won't hurt when it hits you. Made from nylon/EVA for strength and with a textured soft-touch grip. High-quality, German-made, extremely wear-resistant Dyneema depower and trim line with a special impregnation for abrasion resistance.

Durable sheathed main line with custom TPU tube

Symmetrical, multi-drilled landing channel through which the landing/flying line can be passed without snagging, regardless of orientation when deploying or reloading. Made from a patented material specifically designed for flexible, high abrasion applications.

Adjustable flying line length 22m (12m + 10m)

22m lines have a split at 12m, which is far enough for the bar to travel far enough to fully depower our largest kite when you flag out. Remove the top part of the standard 10m flying line and the 12m lines are ideal for teaching in schools and for foil racing. 8m and 6m line extensions are available as accessories for wave riding or tighter kiteloops.

Three adjustable bar length options

Fine tune the turning speed of your kite. The Navigator is available in three sizes: 50-55cm (L), 45-50cm (M) and 38-43cm (S). To extend/retract the bar length, simply pull out the cassettes at the bar ends, turn them 180 degrees and snap them back into place.

safety and performance in all conditions. North's patented and ISO-approved Connect Quick Release (QR) sets new standards for kite control system safety. The red QR handle has been ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand and provide an industry standard push-away release. All loaded or running surfaces are made from highly polished 316 stainless steel and low friction components. The larger diameter bungee inside the QR helps prevent accidental release.
