Designed specifically for the female shredder, the Vertice Women helmet embodies comfort, fit and all-day lightweight comfort in a stylish low-profile in-mold construction. The helmet features plush fake-fur ear pads and our hyped Snug Fit design, which combines a range of interchangeable sizing pads and neck roll, the easy adjustability of the Dial Fit System and the fine-tuning of the Tune Fit System for precise fit and comfort. The snugness of the helmet is further enhanced by 12 vents, while a coated front brim adds a touch of cool and a goggle lock keeps your glasses in place even during the worst yard sale. Protection:

• In-Mold construction
• In-mold construction is a technique in which the shock-absorbing EPS liner is bonded directly to the polycarbonate shells to create a lightweight and stable structure. In the first step, the flat PC plate is heated and thermoformed over the helmet shape. Then the outline of the helmet shell and the holes are milled out. This PC shell is then inserted into the helmet mold and the anchors for straps and fastening systems are attached. The mold is then closed and the EPS is injected. Now the polycarbonate shell bonds with the EPS and the result is a super-light but extremely stable helmet.

Fit:

• Dial-Fit system
• With the Dial-Fit system, you can set an individual fit in a matter of seconds. A dial on the back of the helmet adjusts the size and increases the stability of helmets that do not have our Snug Fit system. Some of our mountain bike enduro/trail helmets are also equipped with a height-adjustable dial fit system.
• Tuned Fit System
• Our Tuned Fit System allows the rider to adjust their fit using different thickness pads on the inside of the helmet. Our helmets are always supplied with two sizes of pads. Each size has a different color, making it easy to find the right pads to fit the helmet to your head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these supplied pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be fitted to the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head.
• Low fit
• A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our low fit design sits low and protects the entire back and sides of the head without compromising the field of vision or restricting freedom of movement.

• A protective PC layer is bonded to the front foam for a clean look and added strength in the lower rim of the helmet.
• Comfort padding in 2 sizes
• High-quality, heat-sealed padding that is pre-shaped and quick-drying: removable and machine (hand) washable.
• Removable soft ear pads and neck roll
• Soft ear pads with comfortable neck roll that can be easily attached to the helmet with Velcro. The ear pads provide more warmth and comfort and can be easily converted for year-round use.
