The Konik 2.0 helmet was developed for piste racers and freeriders who like to stay in control. A sophisticated, active ventilation system ensures draught-free ventilation and allows complete ventilation control in all conditions. This lightweight in-mold helmet also features a removable, washable comfort liner. The Konik 2.0 is size-adjustable via the TSG Dial-Fit system, making it suitable for all winter sports enthusiasts. Can be perfectly combined with our Goggle One, Goggle Two or Goggle Four.

• In-Mold construction
• In-mold construction is a technique in which the shock-absorbing EPS lining is bonded directly to the polycarbonate shells to create a lightweight and stable structure. In the first step, the flat PC plate is heated and thermoformed over the helmet shape. Then the outline of the helmet shell and the holes are milled out. This PC shell is then inserted into the helmet mold and the anchors for straps and fastening systems are attached. The mold is then closed and the EPS is injected. Now the polycarbonate shell bonds with the EPS and the result is a super-light but extremely stable helmet.

• Dial-Fit system
• With the Dial-Fit system, you can set an individual fit in a matter of seconds. A dial on the back of the helmet adjusts the size and increases the stability of helmets that do not have our Snug Fit system. Some of our mountain bike enduro/trail helmets are also equipped with a height-adjustable dial fit system.
• Low fit
• A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our low fit design sits low and protects the entire back and sides of the head without compromising the field of vision or restricting freedom of movement.

• A protective PC layer is bonded to the front foam for a clean look and added strength to the lower rim of the helmet.
