The Gravity helmet is one of the slimmest hardshell helmets on the market and has a tailored, low, snug fit. It features a robust skate-style hardshell construction that safely protects all the useful parts of your head. The design hugs the head anatomically for a great fit and tailored comfort. • Hardshell helmets are made from ABS or PP plastic. The outer shell is welded to the EPS core to form a two-piece construction that offers high durability and ultimate protection in the event of heavy impacts.

Fit:

• Tuned Fit System
• Our Tuned Fit System allows the rider to adjust their fit using different thicknesses of padding inside the helmet. Our helmets are always supplied with two sizes of padding. Each size has a different color, making it easy to find the right pads to fit the helmet to your head. It is very important to fit the helmet with these supplied pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker padding can be fitted to the back of the head and the padding for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
• Precise fit
• We design our helmets differently to our competitors. We have analyzed a wide variety of heads and defined a basic anatomical shape. This allows us to follow the curves of the human head shape exactly. You can see this very clearly when you look at a TSG helmet from the front: The sides of the helmet shell are more curved and go clearly inwards. The contour of TSG helmets on the sides and back is round and not straight down like other helmets. This manufacturing process creates a so-called contact ring inside the helmet. Here the head touches the helmet all around.

• We call this the TSG Snug Fit. In addition to the better fit, our helmets with Snug Fit also look less bulky.

• More force is required to lift the TSG helmet off the head than with competitor models. This is important so that the helmet does not slip when worn and, above all, remains in the correct position in the event of a fall.

Comfort:

• A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our low fit design sits low and protects the entire back and sides of the head without restricting the field of vision or freedom of movement.
