Thanks to the monobloc structure with pre-impregnated carbon, the foils are both very light and stable. This setup ensures better power transmission and greater rigidity of the various parts for maximum control. The TITAN connection allows the connection of an aluminum or carbon mast, and the hull is divided into two parts to facilitate transport.

Technology:
PRE-PREG TECHNOLOGY: Pre-Preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With Pre-Preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is impregnated directly with epoxy resin by its manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy resin and carbon and is a process of the highest quality. The resin is then cured at a high temperature, resulting in greater strength and durability.
MONOBLOCK-FRONTWING: A rigid and solid connection between all parts of the film is the key to optimal performance and easy handling.
TITAN CONNECTION: The TITAN connection allows a very rigid and direct connection between two parts, efficiently blocking any movement in all directions. It has a compact format, is hydrodynamically efficient and very easy to handle, assemble and disassemble.
Fuselage Carbon Mirage
The FUSELAGE CARBON is an essential addition to the F-ONE monobloc carbon wings.
It connects to the front wing behind the TITAN mast slot in an area where the loads are reduced. Nevertheless, the shape of the joint is inspired by the TITAN design and provides a very robust and rigid unit. The hull is built from pre-impregnated carbon with a foam core to keep the weight extremely light. Some firmly anchored brass inserts are used for all fastenings.
This fuselage is built specifically for the MIRAGE CARBON wings as the tailplane mount is under the fuselage and not on top. It is perfectly designed and has the right angle to allow the front wing to fly with ease and efficiency.
