Armstrong's new and innovative "Forward Geometry" wing surfboard designs highlight the drive and passion we have to keep getting better and maximize the potential of every ride! The logic behind "Forward Geometry" revolves around the position of the mast in relation to the center of the board. The further forward the mast can be positioned, the better, as it improves maneuverability, responsiveness and drastically reduces the effect of rotating swing weight. Combine this with the state of the art 320mm carbon fiber A+System mast tracks and you have the maximum potential to make the geometry of board and foils work for you!

Without question, shorter boards offer better maneuverability, feel and control once underway, but it's not so easy to get them there. Until now, because the shorter the boards get, the more important it becomes to maximize stability and hull speed when they're still on the water. Armstrong's new Forward Geometry shapes have tackled this problem with a beautifully innovative approach that allows anyone to take advantage of riding shorter boards.

The new Forward Geometry range of boards is packed with innovation.

• Forward Geometry... Our new A+System Mast Tracks are positioned far forward in the board to reduce rotational swing weight, radically improving handling and response.
• High Strength Custom Carbon Fiber A+System Mast Tracks... Plastic just isn't good enough, so we developed our own 320mm Carbon Fiber Mast Tracks.
• Recessed deck... This brings you closer to the top of the mast for direct handling and feel.
• Full-length carryhandle/water drain... The full-length carry handle, which can be carried either up or down, doubles as the water drain for the recessed deck.
• Extended waterline profile view... Speed is key, so we utilize the entire waterline of the board to accelerate the board forward.
• Chisel-Nose Outline... Provides stability on the water and helps to push the water under the board instead of spreading it around the board.
• Aggressive nose rocker that transitions into an accentuated double concave... This is all about getting the nose up quickly to accelerate the water through the double concave that flattens out at the tail.
• Innovative tail shape... For better acceleration, less drag at the back of the waterline, it looks faster because it is faster!
• Accentuated Chins... As the board gains speed and the foil starts to lift, the contact area decreases, making for a smooth transition from water to foil and also for seamless touchdowns as the board doesn't grab when it touches the water surface.
• Stable volume distribution... The recessed deck, wide chisel nose and relatively rectangular outline mean we can shift the volume into the extremities, providing a stable platform on the water.
• Light and strong... Lightness is nothing without strength, so we've chosen the best materials to keep the boards both light and strong. Foam core with multiple PVC reinforcements, dual carbon stringers, wrapped in carbon fiber and Dyneema fabric.
