The Talon poles are extremely durable, collapsible poles with three sections designed for a lifetime of use in the backcountry.

The Talon features our dual density Scraper Grip, which integrates a hard plastic snow scraper into a comfortable EVA foam grip. The scraper can be used to de-ice the base before skiing in or to knock snow off split skis on the ascent. The newly designed Snow Claw 2.0 baskets provide exceptional traction on firm or soft snow and are easy to place on any angle of slope thanks to a unique basket attachment that floats relative to the pole shaft.

The pole sections of the Talon are made of 7075-T6 aluminum for maximum durability and the usable length is 105-135cm. When folded, the length is 61cm, and the baskets are interlocked with the pole tips so that they form a tighter package when strapped to the backpack. Talon poles come with a three-year guarantee.
