The 16 mm thick carbon mast is very stiff and offers the best compromise between stiffness and glide. It features both a new integrated top plate and a TITAN mast base at the bottom. This monoblock construction ensures absolute stiffness and reduces drag to a minimum, resulting in easier take-offs and an optimal connection between foil and board. Every little steering and input is immediately transferred to the foil and the feedback is just as direct.

The mast is made from a single piece of carbon preg that is molded and cured in a single operation. F-ONE's SPINE internal structure provides the best stiffness and control while riding. The layers of carbon fibers have been carefully distributed at an angle of 0° in the longitudinal direction to optimize bending stiffness and at an angle of about 45° to optimize torsional stiffness. The special layup results in the best compromise between bending and torsional stiffness, so that you retain full control and comfort in all situations and at high speeds.

This mast can be connected to virtually all boards on the market equipped with the twin track system and can accommodate all wings and the fuselage that have the TITAN connection slot.

Available in 80cm and 85cm, this mast is perfect for all foilers and offers top performance in all conditions.

Technology:

  • PRE-PREG TECHNOLOGY: Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With prepreg fabrics, the carbon fiber is impregnated with epoxy resin directly by the manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio of epoxy and carbon and represents the highest process quality. It is then cured at high temperature, providing strength and durability.
  • TITANIUM JOINT: The TITANIUM joint allows a very rigid and direct connection between two parts, efficiently blocking any movement in all directions. Its compact format is hydrodynamically efficient and very easy to use, assemble and disassemble.
  • SPINE TECHNOLOGY: SPINE internal structure ensures the best stiffness and control while riding.
  • FULL MONOBLOCK CONSTRUCTION: The full monobloc construction provides incredible stiffness and helps to reduce drag to a minimum, resulting in easier take-offs, immense glide, higher speeds and an optimal connection between foil and board.

  • SANDING: The carbon mast has been sanded at the factory to improve performance.
  • MAST COVER: All masts are supplied with three separate covers to protect the mast itself, its top plate and its TITAN mast base.
