The philosophy of a longboard manufacturer could not be summed up more precisely and accurately: Loaded is one of the labels that have been instrumental in making longboarding a serious sport that no longer has to hide behind skateboarding and snowboarding. How did Loaded achieve this? We'll tell you.

Loaded, the company that initially only built snowboards, is based in California - the place where you can casually cruise and carve along the beach promenades as well as hurtle down steep hills. 

The success story of longboarding

The Loaded label is regarded as a manufacturer of truly high-tech longboards. This is due to the fact that Loaded has experimented with different materials from the very beginning and also produces boards made from bamboo,  cork and fiberglass .

DANCING BOARDS

Dancing longboards have a roomy footprint and longer length to give the rider maximum space for skating with friends or doing fancy footwork maneuvers. The Loaded lineup offers two different types of carving boards.

Top-mounted carving boards offer a blend of traditional longboards and high-performance flex patterns typically found on snowboards. Drop-Thru Carving Boards are designed to provide the user with a comfortable and efficient ride when pushing and cruising. Drop-Thru Carving Boards are differentiated by their significantly lower bottom height to reduce ride height and fatigue from pushing. DOWNHILL/FREERIDE BOARDS

Downhill/freeride boards are designed to be stable and safe at high speeds. Compared to the rest of the Loaded lineup, these boards focus on being stiff and keeping the user on the top of the board. All boards are top mounted to provide ideal leverage and control, but also feature a rockered platform to keep you slightly lower to the ground, wheel flares to mount larger wheels and give you a reference point for your feet, and a W concave,  which runs through the center of the board to aid in slide control.

The Tesseract family, which includes the Cantellated and Truncated versions as well as the Loaded Chubby Unicorn BloodSlayer, are the ideal boards for experimenting with downhill and firing brutal slides. You can find out which one best suits your style by visiting the board pages.

Loaded has been part of Brettsport from the very beginning. Loaded boards were already an integral part of our range in 2013. This has never changed, even with upward and downward trends in the market.

We have always been the retailer in Germany with the highest availability of these coveted complete boards.
